Shonte Eldridge is a Strategic Advisor at Imperium Global Advisors. As an award-winning leader in the areas of government operations and organizational change, she focuses on working with executive teams to create effective government contracting strategies and identifying key opportunities to grow their public sector market share.
Shonte’s key experiences include serving directly as a an executive leader in both high growth Fortune-level organizations and within state & local governments. Her proven record in leadership roles, coupled with steering high-performance teams for leading technology organizations such as DocuSign and Amazon Web Services provides the clients she supports with a highly valued perspective from both sides of the public and private sector. She is uniquely positioned to help organizations of all sizes and maturity to develop strategic plans for engagement, risk management, change management, process improvement, and digital transformation.
As a Strategic Advisor at Imperium Global Advisors, Shonte supports organizations in their efforts to grow sustainable businesses and develop strategic plans capitalizing on product strengths to best navigate an ever-evolving government landscape.

Shonte has a Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice and Psychology (double major) from Towson University and a Master’s Degree in Criminal Justice & Political Science from the University of Baltimore, and was named one of the top 25 women to watch by the Baltimore Sun Newspaper and Magazine in 2020. As a PMP® certified individual by the Project Management Institute (PMI), she is committed to keeping pace with leading practice in help teams and organizations execute their strategic initiatives.
