Grace Looney
Grace Looney is a Director for Imperium Global Advisors. Grace previously served as a Legislative Assistant in the U.S. House of Representatives for Congressman Pat Fallon (TX-04), where she advised on policy areas including health, defense, homeland security, financial services, transportation, judiciary, ways & means, and budget. In this role, she contributed to healthcare policy work in the National Defense Authorization Act (NDAA) and supported legislative efforts advancing defense reform, allied interoperability, and strategic military priorities.
Earlier, she worked in the office of House Appropriations Committee Chairwoman Kay Granger (TX-12), where she advanced from Staff Assistant to Legislative Assistant. She helped advise on a wide range of issues including trade, small business, social security, and legislative branch appropriations while also managing constituent engagement and legislative correspondence.
At Imperium, Grace supports and advises clients on key aspects of national security policy, helping them navigate opportunities and challenges at the intersection of technology, defense, and government. Her focus spans tech, software, cyber, quantum, AI, and autonomous systems—and she works to drive positive business outcomes for clients while strengthening government capabilities in these critical areas.
