Grace Looney – Director Grace joins us from Capitol Hill, where she served Rep. Pat Fallon and previously worked for former House Appropriations Chair Kay Granger. She advised on defense, homeland security, health, financial services, and technology issues, including key NDAA provisions. At IGA, she will support clients across national security, cyber, AI, quantum, and emerging technology.

Julie Tagen – Strategic Advisor Julie brings more than 20 years of senior leadership in Congress and Democratic politics, including serving as Staff Director for both the House Judiciary and House Oversight Committees and as Chief of Staff to Rep. Jamie Raskin. She will advise IGA clients on legislative strategy, political dynamics, and strategic communications.
