TJ White 

Vice Admiral TJ White (Ret.) is a Strategic Advisor at Imperium Global Advisors, where he brings decades of leadership experience in national security, cybersecurity, and intelligence operations. He advises clients on cyber strategy, risk management, and technology policy, helping organizations strengthen their resilience and navigate the challenges of today’s interconnected security environment. 

TJ is widely recognized as one of the nation’s foremost experts on cybersecurity and national defense strategy. Over his decorated career in the U.S. Navy, he led some of the most sophisticated cyber operations and technology initiatives in the world. His experience offers clients a unique perspective on the global threat landscape, combining technical expertise with geopolitical insight to inform strategic decision-making. 

TJ’s most recent command was as Commander of U.S. Fleet Cyber Command and U.S. TENTH Fleet, where he led more than 14,000 active duty, reserve, and civilian personnel across the globe. In this role, he oversaw Navy information networks, offensive and defensive cyber operations, space operations, and signals intelligence. His leadership was instrumental in modernizing naval cyber capabilities and integrating them with broader joint and allied operations. 

Earlier in his career, TJ earned distinction as “Shiphandler of the Year” and served in multiple combat zones and operational theaters. His service exemplified technical excellence and leadership under pressure—qualities he now imparts to both public and private sector leaders.
